This hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the staff were incredibly friendly and gave me fantastic local recommendations, making my stay even more enjoyable. Secondly, the room I stayed in was spacious, cozy, and well-maintained, with a high ceiling that added to the overall comfort. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was evident, from the great water pressure in the bathroom to the quiet heating/cooling system. Lastly, the location was convenient, close to the highway and various tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

Everything was alright and met my expectations.

The location was good.. Right next to a gas station that had amazing tacos for breakfast, next to a bar, and next to a movie theater.

Really crappy hotel... The hotel was just completely outdated and nasty. The entire outside of it litterally smelled like the sewage 24/7, the pool was very murky and dirty, the building was in very bad shape, and it had an outdated tv that only got a couple channels that were not fuzzy. All together very crappy hotel. Also, it says texas inn and suites but it was actually a super 8... Really?? Fail!

The location is convenient to the area.

Roaches crawling out of the microwave. Roaches crawling out of the refrigerator. Screaming, drunk, party goers all night long until 4am.

Conveniently Located and Friendly Staff

During our recent romantic escape, we decided to stay at a budget-friendly hotel in the Rio Grande Valley. The location was great, next to the freeway, and close to a gas station. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They greeted us with a warm smile and helped us check-in without any hassle. The room was spacious and had a mini-fridge and microwave, which was convenient for us. we appreciated the hospitality that the hotel had to offer.

It was not strong enough for the size of the room, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep in. We requested to move to another room with better air conditioning, but we were told that we could not do so without the manager's permission.

The room was dirty, sheets were stained and the carpet was too nasty to walk on without shoes. The room smelled as well - will not stay there again.

Easy access to hwy way....

Poor beds... Had backaches every mornin....need to install better beds and change their policy about continental breakfast...perfer to eat in room

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. Despite some small cleaning details missed, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and a convenience store adjacent to the property.

Too many amenities for the price I paid. Excellent service and a very friendly staff, very comfortable stay. I will definately recommend this hotel to my colligues.

Loved everything.

We stayed at a hotel during Xmas and the experience was great. The free breakfast was awesome and kept us energized for the day. We also loved the location as it was close to many attractions and activities. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better.

There were a few things we didn't like about the hotel. The room had a weird smell and the towels seemed old and worn out.

It was very clean, quiet, and the location was perfect.

The only thing we didn't like was that the bed was so uncomfortable. We could literally feel the springs of the bed.

The hotel did allow us to change a future booking without a charge from one date to another.

We requested a ground floor room and got a 2nd floor room. The Hotel has a very noisy Bar/Grill directly behind the hotel and the music was so loud one night we could hear it even with ear plugs and it went on until after 2am. We complained to the manager and they moved us to the other side of the hotel to the 1st floor and give us a free upgrade to a suite. The hotel web page says it has a whirlpool/hot tub but it was permanently closed (boarded up). I asked if they could make sure I received my Wyndham Rewards and was told since I booked on Booked.net I could not get credit for our stay. I would not stay there again.

The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location is convenient, near shopping and government offices. The friendly staff is always ready to help.

All facilities at this hotel were satisfactory.

Wi-fi didnt work and staff didnt do anything about it no breakfast available when I booked it did say free breakfast! No coffee ice machine was not working and no ice available at office! Terrible expercience and nobody in staff would help out!!!
